Q. How do I give select people free access to my paid iGrOOp?A.
Go to Admin/Settings > Membership Info/Admin Team, and at the bottom of the “Membership Fees” section, enter a promotion code (an alphanumeric string of text -- case sensitive), and save. You can then click on the "Invite Others To Join" link, and you'll see a second join link, with your promo code appended to the end. (This special second link is only viewable to the admin team, not your regular members). You can then either:
1) Use the invite tool to send someone an invitation. Be sure to check the box that says "Sending invite using your promotion code".
OR
2) Copy and paste the promo code URL, and send it in a regular email
OR
3) Give someone the code to use when registering, and tell them to enter it in the promo code field when they get to the payment page.
Note, with options 1 and 2 above, the system will not prompt the member for payment.
