I have some messages in the "General" category but when I click on them they are not there. Why?

Q. I have some messages in the "General" category but when I click on them they are not there. Why?

A. At times a message can become "orphaned" which is usually due to the mail list feature.  If this happens, rename the empty category in your admin settings.  To do this, select the blank like from the "rename" pull down, then type the new category name in the next input field.  This will place those orphaned messages in that new category.
