Q. Can I use custom e-mail addresses with my own domain name that iGrOOps uses?

A. Yes you can.  But this is not a service of iGrOOps, it is a service that your domain registrar should provide.  When you setup your domain name, you are not using our name servers, you are using the name servers of your registrar.  This means that your registrar is actually "hosting" your domain.  You then change/create an "A record" which means your registrar "points" the web address part of the domain to our IP address and we associate that with your iGrOOp.

Now, for the e-mail addresses, you must make sure that your registrar offers e-mail accounts and/or at least e-mail forwarding.  You should be able to go into your domain control panel and create e-mail accounts for your domain.

For more information, please contact your registrar... the company where you registered your domain.

Note: if you used igroopsdomains.com, go to that site and you will see the contact information for GoDaddy, the registrar.
