3. Easy access to a whole range of "web 2.0" tools and resources and training to use them - giving you a  combination of Myspace, Facebook, Youtube and Messenger plus your own web site and blog, video and picture sharing all in one place with one simple interface. If you have not got to grips with all the exciting new things happening on the web, this will bring you into the game!
