The older girl using right-handed scissors (in her right hand) towards the end of the video (at 4:27 - 4:37) at the point where the voice over says "... no reason left handers should not be able to cut just as well as right handers" implies she is right handed.

Earlier in the video (1:40 - 1:55) the same girl is clearly referred to as a left hander.

This apparent discrepancy reduces the integrity of the demonstrations.

Well spotted Mike! The girls are actually sisters and both left-handed (they are daughters of a good friend of mine). The older girl is a left-hander but fairly ambidextrous so as she was already in our kitchen anyway we used her for the shot of cutting right-handed at the end of the video rather than bringing in a right-handed child specially. Sorry for any confusion caused.
