Get Maximum Value

Wednesday, May 16th 2007 @ 10:36 PM    post viewed 940 times

Hi everyone. I want to encourage everyone who joined the Interview & Interrogation Group to get the most from the group by fully using the powerful and unique features built right in the group. To start, each member can build their own blog (use audio, video or just text) and start by telling a little about yourself, experience, job, etc. And then, add just one file to the file sharing application. This will get the members used to just some of the applications. Give it a shot and have fun!

Hi Wes.

That's a good idea indeed!

We should start getting to know each other a bit (interests, expertise etc...).

Roula.

Hello All,

I am W. Stirling Wright. I am a Polygraph Examiner also known as a Forensic Psychophysiologist in some areas. I am an active examiner and work in the Washington D.C., Virginia areas. My specialty is dealing with sex offenders and teaching at Virginia School of Polygraph. I am in the process of opening up my own polygraph school in Europe within the next year. Just getting everything in place. It is www.EuropeanPolygraph.com if anyone has any input, feel free to email me. I would like to further utilize the office and training to assist investigators and interrogators by offering classes and seminars geared toward those that are dedicated to our field. The office is in the Glasgow, Scotland area.

It would be great if anyone has a seminar or course that they want to offer and think will benefit others. The more interaction and exchange of information and techniques, the better we will all be.

The wonderful opportunity we have to interact and share ideas or concerns, the better we will all be.

Striling, best of luck with your business venture. I know that Europe has been conducting more Cognitive Interviewing as well as Statement Analysis in the field, in addition to the universities conducting research in these areas, and I recently participated with the University of Portsmouth in England with a study on Statement Analysis. I'm sure training in this area would be well received in Europe and it would be a great promotional tool for your new office and business in Scotland. I know the guys I do training with through L.I.E.S. Linguistic Interrogation Expert Services www.truthsleuth.com would be willing to travel to Europe to conduct some training seminars. Keep us in mind as things move foreward with your business.

Stirling,

Also, for promotional and marketing assistance with your new business, you can utilize the Audio Postcards in this group and customize them for your business.

Hi Stirling,

I'm a former polygraph examiner, before the name change. Still  prefer the name "polygraph examiner" myself, old habits....... you know. I lived in Germany many moons ago and traveled extensively around Europe, loved it.

Good luck with your business venture.
