Hello,

Just a few updates, details of which are in the audio attached to this post, so if this is just on your e-mail, click the link at the bottom of the page and go to the Interview and Interrogation Group website to hear the message or to respond to it.

To start, if you are new to the group, or if you have been a member for a while and have not updated your profile recently, please click the "Your Profile" link at the top of the page and update your profile information, and add a photo of yourself...it's great to see your smiling faces when reading your posts! Laughing

Also, all members can start their own BLOG and Personal Web Page within the group. The BLOG can be set up so members outside the group can read your postings as well if you prefer, which will open your readership up to the whole Internet! Or keep it to Interview and Interrogation Group members only, it's your choice. This is a great way to keep people updated on your professional life such as cases your working on or research your conducting, or just keep it personal and friendly so we get to know each other better.

Keep an eye our for upcoming training; I will be setting up quarterly online training sessions for individuals who have attended our training classes in the field. This is a great way to supplement our training and to answer any questions that may have come up since attending the training class. I am also planning an online training session for all group members on the issue of "false confessions"; why this may occur and how to avoid it.

Thanks again for your interest in the group; to get the most out of it yourself, be as active as possible in the discussions and upload as much information as you can, and by doing so, you will be adding value to the other members of the group as well.

Stay active, stay safe and keep in touch!

Wes
