Chris Norris, a Certified Forensic Interviewer with W-Z

Listen in on a conference call with Mr. Chris Norris, a Certified Forensic Interviewer with the firm of Wicklander-Zulawski specializing in interview and interrogation training. Chris is also one of the invited speakers at the Third International Conference on Investigative Interviewing, which will be held in Nicolet, Canada from June 15th through June 18th, 2008, where he will go into more detail about the "non-confrontational" approach to conducting effective investigative interviews.
