Uae Speakers Bureau was formed by the UAE advanced Toastmasters club. When a Toastmasters finishes a certain level of competence or when he think he has achieved his immediate requirements, he stops visiting his club unlike before, when he never missed a meeting. This creates vacuum for the clubs. We at the UAE advanced TMC found a way to improve on this, hence the UAE Advanced TMC was formed. Even after the interest was created for the member to meet like minded Toastmasters and try to complete Advanced manuals which needed more challenge, there was a lack of interest. Moreover the members were unaware of the gold mine over which they were sitting, yes I am talking about the tremendous opportunity public speaking has got to offer. Professional speakers around the world are paid by the minute, and we can say this must the only profession were you are paid to do what you like, yes speaking in the public.
