Serving customer concerns

Serving your customer rather than dealing with your customer is the key to excellence in customer service.  This call will help you understand that dealing with customer concerns instead of dealing with them.  Often when we are confronted in our business we take on a defensive position rather than remembering to provide excellence even when we are uncomfortable.

This "15 minute to Destiny" call is a great example.  It will make you aware of what not to do and provoke thought on what you can do in order to provide excellence customer service.
