 Welcome to the wilderness This site is for our friends and family. Our 40 acre ranch is nestled in 2000 acres of back country in San Luis Obispo county off of Hwy 166. We are less than 1/2 mile from the Los Padres National Forest. Our elevation is approximately 2000 feet. As the crow flies we are less than 15 miles from the ocean which can be seen on a clear day. There is plenty to do out here if you like outdoor things. Lot of hiking, trails for horseback riding and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The night sky is spectacular with falling stars and every ounce of the Milky Way visible. People often comment on the sounds of silence that make every muscle in your body relax.
